Hi Sabrina, been a subscriber since Sabrina speaks days and I totally get it. I have kids and no partner and even though my kids bring me so much joy, I’m lonely. I haven’t been a in a relationship for a couple of years now and I’m so ready for my person. Someone to share life with so I completely get it. My kids bring me so much joy but I know eventually they will get older and leave. So I get it. God will send you your husband! Both of us! Speaking it into existence ❤

Omg sammeee! I’ve been in n out of a funk, def not my full self and only thing I do is lean on God through it all. And surprisingly exercise as well. I too was not a “I need to get a workout in” and after this weird experience it’s one thing that has helped me so much along with prayer. Don’t want to sound like a weirdo but ever since the eclipse I’ve been feeling like this and trying to figure out why. I do believe that stuff can be deep. Anyway thank u for being relatable 🙂

If you find yourself placing blame on God, keep in mind that we don’t fight against flesh and blood but we fight against spirits. The enemy is looking to steal, kill, and destroy, especially those that continue to seek Jesus. The enemy hates God and he hates us too. I was also in a rut and kept in prayer and in that, all I can ask God was why? And then through the questions, He revealed this bit of a reminder. He is a good God and is so faithful. When our world is hectic, He is our firm foundation. I’d encourage to continue to draw near to Jesus. We can’t do it on our own, He tells us to lean on Him for strength and understanding, He doesn’t say to lean on our own strength and understanding. ❤

I hope this finds you well, God moving in this season. There's a reason why the external things are not fullfilling us because God is calling us deeper in itimacy with him and out of idolization of things that are not him. Anxiety, fear ,worry, overthinking, and shame are not of him and not our portion. He's breaking that off. God is also preparing you for the next level. Praying for your continued protection, healing, and growth in the name of Jesus Amen.

My anxiety has gotten worse after becoming a mom so that’s been a challenge but as a mother you have no choice but to keep it pushing. I hope one day you get the family you are yearning for. But for now don’t take for granted the peace and quiet …and sleep. Because that all goes out the window with kids 😂

I'm going to get heat for this, I know it... (cover me jesus) in regards to marriage motherhood, I recommend you listening to Kevin Samuels videos. Listen when I was first put on to his channel IMMEDIATELY I was like absolutely not. But I listened with an open mind and his videos made me do some deep self reflecting. Truly an eye opener and its helped me tremendously.

Hi Sabrina, I’m currently grieving a loss of a loved one. Watching your video helped me today. Just being able to relate to others who understand is very helpful in that I don’t feel alone. Like you, I’ve not experienced a lot of loss before and this was by far the toughest loss I’ve experienced. Thank you for sharing what you’ve been going through. I’ve been following you for a few years at this point. I’ve always appreciated that you are genuine in what you share with your community of followers. In case you are considering suggestions for content (and this is only if it appeals to you) I really enjoyed your Sabrina speaks videos. I’m sure many of the girlies who follow you feel the same. Just a thought for content but enjoy anything you put out all the same. I think the community of followers that have followed you for years are sticking with you so don’t feel pressure to figure it all out right now. The inspiration will come to you and push you in the direction you want to go.

This is so true. I didn’t have a death in my family since i was 7/8 and once I hit 18/19 it was back to back of like 3 super close deaths and I truly couldn’t handle it because I wasn’t used to it. I spent a lot of time mad at God and it’s taken about almost 10 years to move on. I’m just getting to that place. Don’t feel alone! I remember I was so distraught !

Hi Sabrina, you are grieving the loss of your loved ones. Validate those emotions you are feeling. I encourage you to sit with them and feel them. There is healing in this and crying is also healing for the heart. What has helped me is reading my Bible, praying and believing promises for myself written in the Bible. One of the promises (Bible Verses) is.. “Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God” is a verse from the Bible, Philippians 4:6. The verse continues, “And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus”. Pray for over yourself. Encourage yourself, be around people who will edify you, encourage you, speak life into you. I also like to listen to worship music like, Zach Williams, Kari Job. Lean on Jesus, He cares and loves you. I’m praying for you. 🙏 I totally understand you on the supplements. You are so right we cannot trust any supplement company. One of my favorite and trusted companies is Pure as you mentioned as well as “Biotics” taking magnesium on an empty stomach before going to bed is also great for anxiety and constipation. Im lost for words….. omg your video made me cry towards the end. I don’t know what to say but I am with you and everyone that has been feeling this way. Lately I’ve just been in a work funk and wish other things for me would come after working so hard at my job that doesn’t pay enough lol! We are human but damn didn’t expect to feel all of these feelings at once. Yes I have anxiety, depression, stress, loneliness, and other feelings and i don’t know what to do to get rid of it. Looking thru these comments for help lol. Wish this life wasn’t hard but obviously not to be easy lol but to be inbetween god dam it lol. Excuse my language. I haven’t had the nerve to cry it out. Maybe I need to but sometimes I just hide it cause I know other won’t understand if I try to tell them or they will just tell me to do this and that when in reality I want to feel it with someone that understands. Us women are so strong we hide stuff and still put a smile. Hope we are able to breathe and our time will come when this will all be over hopefully and we look back and don’t feel nada lol. Awww. I’m so sorry about your panic attacks and anxiety. I had that during Covid. I had a panic attack in the car and I couldn’t drive after that with the fear of having one again. I didn’t leave the house for months and I got into talk therapy and she helped alot. I had what is they call agoraphobia. Little by little my therapist and I worked though me driving alittle more and alittle further. 4 years later it’s still a challenge at times. I had to find my “triggers” and elmitmate people and things to help in my healing. Death and sickness around me was a part of the reason for the anxiety and worry. This is such a great topic. I appreciate your vulnerability. When I drive I still at times need to play a sermon or listen to. Meditation to help relax me when I feel anxious. Learning to breathe through anxiety. I’m praying for you love. It gets better. Lots of self love, self care. And find your safe place and safe person that you call or go to when you feel anxious that you can turn to to catch your breathe persay. ❤sending you lots of love 50:34

Hi my love! I remember a few months ago, maybe last year, you mentioned in one of your vlogs wanting to give back to the community while you were also feeling like wanting to do more. I’m not sure if anyone else remembers this vlog, but if anyone else does, maybe we can help? Do you guys know of any good companies with a good mission we could recommend for community outreach or something of the liking? I know some schools are open to the idea of teaching about social media as a business. I could suggest looking up a few schools in your area and reaching out to admin about visiting the school as a professional and hosting a workshop or something like that. Any other suggestions?
